Floating daily price:
$0.38 above average daily wholesale price, port of Philadelphia (based on comparable market indices).

Pre-pay Option:
Pre-pay pricing is available through Chester County Fuel Oil based on past season's usage.  Payment must be made before the start of the season.

Fixed price:

Fixed pricing is available with Chester County; please contact Chester County or the Co-op for details.

Service contracts:
Chester County offers a range of service options.  Twenty-four-hour emergency service is available.

Service Contract Plan A - $142.50 for one year.  Includes annual cleanout and no parts coverage.

Service Contract Plan B - $195.00 for one year.  Includes annual cleanout and twenty parts coverage.

Service Contract Plan C - $225.00 for one year.  Includes annual cleanout and thirty-two parts coverage.

8:00AM to 5:00PM
Emergency Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Delivery Options:
Minimum delivery on a will-call basis is 150 gallons.
Delivers Monday through Friday.
Will call – deliveries will be made on a regular delivery day with three days' notice (Sunday not included).  Same-day service is also available for an additional fee based on distance and time.
Automatic – based on past usage and degree-day system, supplier will decide when you need a delivery.  In the beginning, supplier will estimate the time of delivery.  For the first couple of deliveries, you may want to keep your eye on your tank just to make sure you do not run out or get too low.

Payment Options:
Budget – A payment procedure whereby the member, in anticipation of using a specific amount of home heating oil over a specified number of months, pays for this product by making eleven averaged monthly payments.  Payments are due on the 15th of each month.  Payments must be received on time to receive the budget price.
Credit card – Members may choose to have deliveries or budget payments automatically charged to a credit card.  Members are subject to credit approval before payment is accepted.  Please note that Chester County Fuel Oil attributes an additional two-cent-per-gallon charge to deliveries for which payment is made by credit card.
C.O.D. - A payment procedure whereby the member is expected to pay for services upon the delivery of oil or other goods.

Payment by money order is also accepted.
