Hanly is a family owned business that has been serving consumers in Delaware County and the main line for over 35 years. With a fleet of six delivery and service vehicles, Hanly is committed to providing Energy Cooperative members with the low prices and high quality that you’ve come to expect.

Floating Daily Price:
$0.45 above average daily wholesale price, port of Philadelphia.  B5 bioheating oil available for $0.05 above the floating daily price ($0.50 above the average daily wholesale price).

Service contracts:
Hanly offers Energy Cooperative members $10 off the cost of a service contract. The cost of the annual service contract is $240 (includes $10 discount) per year and provides coverage for most parts and the labor involved in replacing those parts.

Members may also choose a “summer cleaning” contract only. The cost for this is $125 (no discount for co-op members).

Members who do not choose a service contract may still contact supplier for service at any time during the year. For repairs, the charge for service is a flat $85 service charge plus the charge for parts. If it is something that needs major repair, the price will be quoted to the customer. This quoted price will be in addition to the $65 service fee.

April to September: 8:30-4:00
October through March 7:30-5:00
Emergency Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Delivery Options:
Minimum delivery is 150 gallons.
Delivers on Saturdays from December through February, but not on Sunday.
Will call – deliveries will be made within 48 hours of member calling Hanly for delivery.
Automatic – based on past usage, Hanly will decide when you need a delivery. In the beginning, Hanly will estimate the time of delivery. For the first couple of deliveries, you may want to keep your eye on your tank just to make sure you do not run out or get too low.

Payment Options:
C.O.D. - A payment procedure whereby the Member is expected to pay for services upon the delivery of oil or other goods.
Credit – Upon credit check and approval by Hanly, members have 10 days to pay invoices for deliveries.                                                                                                                                                                                           
 Budget
– A payment procedure whereby the member, in anticipation of using a specific amount of home heating oil over a specified number of months pays for this product by making 10 averaged monthly payments.
 
Credit card – Members may choose to have deliveries or budget payments automatically charged to a credit card. Hanly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
