Inter-County Oil provides a wide array of home comfort services.
Inter-County has a fleet of two delivery and five service vehicles that
provide timely, dependable service to over 1,000 customers in Montgomery,
Bucks and Philadelphia counties.
Floating daily price:
$0.27 above average daily wholesale price, port of Philadelphia (based on
comparable market indices).

than the floating daily price:

Service
contracts:
Supplier offers two service contract options to our members: a Silver Plan for $149.50 or the
Gold Plan for $225.00. The
Gold option covers the replacement of more parts of the heating system
than the Silver. Members may also choose a cleaning-only for $80.00
plus parts.

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Emergency Service is available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency service fees will be charged for deliveries
and service needed after 5 PM Monday-Saturday, and anytime on Sundays or holidays.
Delivery Options:
Minimum delivery is 150 gallons. Special discounts are available for
large-volume deliveries (500 gal+). Regular deliveries are made
Monday-Saturday, between 9
AM and 5
PM, with only emergency deliveries made on Sunday.
Will-call – deliveries
will be made within 48 hours of member calling for delivery.
Automatic – based
on past usage, supplier will decide when you need a delivery. Members must
call for their first two deliveries so that supplier can establish your
pattern of usage.
Payment Options:
C.O.D.
- A payment procedure whereby the Member is expected to pay for
services upon the delivery of oil or other goods.
Credit – upon credit check and approval,
members using automatic delivery have 10 days to pay invoices for deliveries.
Budget – A
payment procedure whereby the Member, in anticipation of using a specific
amount of home heating oil over a specified number of months pays for this
product by making 10 averaged monthly payments. (You must begin making
budget payments the summer BEFORE the heating season begins.)
Credit Card
– Members may choose to have deliveries or budget payments automatically
charged to a Credit card. Supplier accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and
American Express.
