Floating daily price:
$0.38 above average daily wholesale price, port of Philadelphia (based on comparable market indices).

Special Pricing Options:
Capped-rate pricing and a pre-buy option are both available through Rhoads Energy.  Please contact Energy Cooperative or Rhoads Energy for additional details. 

Service contracts:
Rhoads offers Energy Cooperative members $10 off the cost of a service contract. The cost of the annual service contract is $209.95, or $229.95 with tank protector coverage per year (discount included).  See the Rhoads website for service contract details.
Members may also choose a “summer cleaning” only.  The cost for this is $137.95 (no discount for Co-op members) plus parts.
Members who do not choose a service contract may still contact supplier for service at any time during the year. For repairs, the charge for service is $62.00 for the first quarter hour (includes travel time) and $15.50 for every quarter hour afterwards. 

Office hours:
April to September                 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
October through March     7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Emergency Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Delivery Options:
Minimum delivery is 150 gallons.
Delivers Monday through Friday.
Will call – deliveries will be made on a regular delivery day with 24 hours notice.
Automatic – based on past usage, supplier will decide when you need a delivery.  In the beginning, supplier will estimate the time of delivery.  For the first couple of deliveries, you may want to keep your eye on your tank just to make sure you do not run out or get too low.

Delivery Days:
Monday:  Southern Chester County, Atglen, Christiana and Gap area
Tuesday: Coatesville area
Wednesday:  Parkesburg area
Thursday:  Downingtown, West Chester and Northern Chester County area
Friday:  Southern Chester County area

Payment Options:
Net at Door (credit) - A payment procedure whereby the Member is expected to pay for services within 7 days upon the delivery of oil or other goods.  Requires credit check and approval by supplier.
Budget – A payment procedure whereby the member, in anticipation of using a specific amount of home heating oil over a specified number of months pays for this product by making 11 averaged monthly payments.
Credit card – Members may choose to have deliveries or budget payments automatically charged to a credit card.  Rhoads accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
C.O.D. - A payment procedure whereby the member is expected to pay for services upon the delivery of oil or other goods.
