Maureen Mulligan
Representing: At Large
Maureen Mulligan specializes in grassroots marketing
and education. In her four years with the PA PUC she managed the
Commission’s consumer education program on electric choice and chaired the
oversight board of the public relations, media and grassroots campaign. She
also coordinates the Energy Coordinating Agency's “PV NOW” project to create more
opportunities for solar power in the proposed PA Renewable Portfolio
Standard and serves on the Pennsylvania
Alternative Fuels Council.
Maureen
holds a Masters in Government Administration from the University of
Pennsylvania and a BS in Education from Pennsylvania State University. |
